‘The Mentalist’ Star Emmanuelle Chriqui Shares An Unedited “Beauty Of Pilates” Workout Video

Emmanuelle Chriqui is truly another name for natural beauty. The Canadian actress recently posted an “unedited” exercise video and called it a real “beauty of pilates”. Emmanuelle Chriqui, who is of Jewish-Moroccon descent, took to Instagram to share some inspiration with her fans while wishing them “Shabbat Shalon” (a good weekend). In her video, which she calls a “Beauty of Pilates”, the 46-year-old actress can be seen engaging in a challenging pilates workout.

She captioned it: If you watch this video till the end you will see I couldn’t finish the exercise. I purposefully didn’t edit it out because this is the beauty of Pilates.” ‘The Mentalist’ star explained how this workout constantly challenges everyone and pushed them to grow, persevere and test limits.

She added, “It’s the perfect metaphor for life, just as you are feeling good and comfortable something comes along and challenges you. do you shrink away or face it head-on?? Wishing you all a beautiful weekend ahead.” She also tagged:#fitnessfriday #happyfriday and #shabbatshalom

Emmanuelle Chriqui takes her body very seriously. Apart from having a successful on-screen career, the 46-year-old has an extremely healthy routine. Chriqui, who played Lana Lang in “Superman & Lois”, revealed in a previous interview:

“I am a very regimented person. I start every single day with TM (Transcendental Meditation). If I have a 5 a.m. call time, I will wake up 30 minutes earlier to get it in—it’s been a game-changer for me. It clears the cobwebs and makes me feel grounded and present. Usually, that’s followed by a hike or Pilates class and a green juice or smoothie. And ALWAYS a coffee.”
