The Mandalorian is a new Star Wars series and it’s already been a hit. The show is set in the same universe as other Star Wars movies and TV shows, but it’s not an official part of the franchise.
It’s a spinoff of sorts—though some characters do make appearances in episodes. The show is set in a lawless sci-fi world where people live by their own rules.
It follows a Mandalorian warrior named Jango Fett (voiced by the late Bobba Fett himself, Jeremy Bulloch), who has returned to his home planet of Mandalore to rule it as a crime lord. The show’s first season was released in 2018.
The series has gained a lot of popularity since its release because it offers fans an opportunity to see what life was like before the rise of the New Republic—the current main storyline in Star Wars canon.
Fans have been enjoying watching Jango Fett grow into a crime boss and take over his home planet with extreme violence and brutality.
