The Lumineers Announce The Upcoming Summer 2023 U.S. Tour Dates

There is excitement among fans already about the Lumineers’ 2023 tour dates, which have just been announced. In addition, a tour is planned to support the band’s upcoming album, which will be released this summer, over the next few months.

A mix of classic hits and original songs will likely be played during the show, so fans will probably be satisfied.

Lumineers Announce Tour Dates For 2023

Following the massive success of last year’s BRIGHTSIDE World Tour, The Lumineers have announced a series of encore performances for the remainder of this year. On Aug. 16, the Live Nation-produced concerts will start in Bangor, Maine, at the Maine Savings Amphitheater and end in Los Angeles, California, on Sept. 15, at the historic Hollywood Bowl.

These outdoor amphitheater shows will take place in scenic locations across the country during this run of shows. This tour will be kicked off by James Bay, who will perform as the opener. Moreover, the band will be headlining the New Orleans Jazz Fest this spring, the Catbird Festival in Bethel, NY, on Aug. 19, and Jazz Aspen Snowmass in Aspen, Colorado, on Sept. 1.

Lumineers Are Touring To Promote BRIGHTSIDE Of 2022

The two-time Grammy-nominated Lumineers are currently on the road supporting their fourth album, BRIGHTSIDE, due to be released in 2022. On both the U.S. and Canadian charts, the album peaked at number two, and the title track peaked at number one on both the Adult Alternative Airplay and Alternative National Airplay charts, the band’s sixth top placement on that last chart in less than a decade.

Over 750,000 tickets for the tour last year were sold across five continents, including two sold-out stadium shows at Coors Field in Denver and Wrigley Field in Chicago, two of the most popular concerts.

Throughout two sessions held in winter and spring 2021 at Baron’s Sun Mountain Studios in bucolic Boiceville, NY, Brightside was produced by longtime collaborator Simone Felice and mixed, engineered, and produced by David Baron. As the co-founders/co-songwriters of The Lumineers, Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites play all of the instruments in the collection virtually.
