Serena Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian are expecting their second child together. She debuted her baby bump at the 2023 Met Gala on Monday. For the soiree, she looked stunning in a pearl and tulle embellished Gucci gown. She accessorized her gown with a bejeweled headpiece by Lelet New York. Alexis, for his part, wore a black tux.
While having a chat with Vogue on their live stream from the event, the 23-time Grand Slam champion said, “There’s three of us here. I’m good, I’m feeling good now. I can breathe, I can stop–not hiding, but.”
Soon after, the ace tennis player even shared the piece of great news on her official Instagram page as well. She posted a series of pictures of herself and her husband Alexis all ready for the event on her Instagram feed.
“Was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the 3 of us to the Met Gala,” she wrote alongside a series of pictures. In the first snap, Serena can be seen smiling meanwhile her hubby adoringly looks at her. Other snaps showed the star flaunting her baby bump.
