It has been reported by the media outlet Page Six, that Holmes filed the legal papers in New York City on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. As of this moment, the pair has not made an official statement on the same.
A close source has told the publication that Marilee who is an immigration lawyer by profession was “blindsided” by her husband Holmes’ alleged affair with his on-air colleague Amy Robach.
An insider stated that Holmes and Fiebig have been separated for several months but were trying to “work things out” when the news of his alleged relationship with Amy Robach came out in late November. The source added, “She’s devastated. She had no idea.” The source added that the two “were just together for T.J.’s birthday [on Aug. 19].”
