Congratulations are in order for Sofia Richie as the model has tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, music executive Elliot Grainge. The couple got married in Antibes, France on April 22nd in the presence of their family and friends.
Richie had been dating Grainge since January 2021. The two got engaged in April last year. A few days ago, the 24-year-old social media star converted to Judaism and announced the move on social media.

The wedding took place at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes. The bride rocked a custom Chanel wedding dress with white and iridescent beads for her special day and the groom chose a black tux. Legendary singer Lionel Richie, Sofia’s father, walked her down the aisle.
The ceremony was attended by a number of celebs, including Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Cameron Diaz, and Benji Madden. The festivities began on April 21st. The bride gave a glimpse of her wedding preparations on TikTok by saying, “It’s day one of wedding festivities, I just woke up.”
“I don’t know how it’s possible, but I’ve already lost my voice. Typical me. It’s going to be fine,” she added smiling. Meanwhile, an insider revealed that the couple’s families were excited about their union.
“Sofia’s family couldn’t be happier for her and Elliot. They’ve seen her in past relationships, but nothing compares to how happy she seems with Elliot. They know she’s going to make an exquisite bride and they can’t wait for her to start this next chapter of her life,” said the source.

Sofia and Elliot sparked dating rumors in January 2021 and confirmed their romance two months later with a post on social media. “They started out as friends before they became a couple, and are now getting serious. The relationship took off and they have been getting closer and closer and spend practically every day together.” a source said at the time.
Sofia announced her engagement with Elliot on Instagram in April 2022 by sharing a picture of the proposal and writing, “Forever isn’t long enough @elliot.” Her fiancé, who is the founder and CEO of independent record label 10K Projects, also shared the news on his account and wrote, “She said yes ❤️❤️❤️.”
Elliot Asked for Lionel Richie’s Blessings Before Proposing to Sofia
Elliot, who has known Lionel Richie since his childhood, sought his blessing before proposing to Sofia. The singer talked about his son-in-law in an interview and said, “He was a nervous wreck, poor guy. I thought he was going to pass out, but he survived it. I was going to rib him a little bit, but I didn’t want to play, he was going to faint.”
“I love Elliot. I’ve known him since he was 12 … It was one of those things where I don’t have to go back and check out the kid. I know who it is,” he added. Meanwhile, Sofia converted to Judaism in the days leading up to her wedding.
