“🩵William “Billy” Joseph Lunney Kennedy IV🩵 6 lbs 7 oz June 9 2023 5:10pm🩵 hearts bursting we love you so much,” she wrote alongside a series of adorable pictures of her newborn son.

Abby disclosed that she and her husband Bill were expecting their second child together earlier this year in January. At that time, she debuted her baby bump in a mirror selfie shared on the social media platform Instagram.
