During the morning of the scheduled concert, Gomez uploaded a picture of herself lying on a couch and notified her fans of the show’s cancellation through her Instagram story.
Gomez wrote a caption, “I’m not going to be on Fallon tonight. I ended up getting covid but I am resting and feeling ok. A friendly reminder that covid is still out there.” “Get updated on your boosters. I was scheduled to get mine this week. Love you all.” She went on to say.
