Regina Hall Calls Herself “Mrs. Pitt” At 2023 Golden Globes, Here’s How Brad Pitt Reacted

No, Brad Pitt and Regina Hall aren’t better halves! But hey, the American actress Regina Hall took everyone by surprise after she referred to herself as Mrs. Pitt at the 2023 Golden Globes. While presenting the award for Best Television Actor – Drama Series, Regina Hall pointed out that the Golden Globes had gotten her name wrong. Addressing herself Mrs. Pitt, Regina pulled Brad Pitt’s leg by calling him “honey”. Read on to know his reaction.

A Little Leg-Pulling Does No Harm…

Regina Hall, who rose to prominence for her role as Brenda Meeks in the comedy horror Scary Movie film series, set the 2023 Golden Globes audience on a laughter bomb after she referred to herself as “Mrs. Pitt”. While presenting the Best Television Actor- Drama Series at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., the 52-year-old actress called herself “Mrs. Pitt” and Brad couldn’t stop gushing.

While presenting the award, Regina Hall pointed out that the Golden Globes didn’t get her name right. “I think they got my name wrong,” she joked. “Yeah. It’s Mrs. Pitt. Brad is right here, so I’m so sorry, honey. No really, that was really disrespectful. The camera then panned towards Brad Pitt, who burst out in laughter.

Apart from this, Regina Hall roasted Kevin Costner, who prevailed at the 2023 Golden Globes, but couldn’t attend the event due to recent storms in Southern California. She seemed to have trouble believing the reasoning for the two-time previous Golden Globes winner’s absence

As Regina read from the teleprompter that Costner really wanted to be present at the ceremony, she stated while laughing: “I always like how they write this. ‘He so much…’ No, I’m sure he did.” She continued by saying that he had “to shelter in place in Santa Barbara. Jesus. (Laughs.) No, this is a sad story right now.”

However, the award went to Ke Huy Quan for Everything Everywhere All At Once. Well, Brad Pitt may not have left home with an award, but he certainly got a worthy wife this year. Angelina, however, must be feeling all the pity for the lady, just joking!
