Rebecca Black Roasts Andrew Tate’s ‘Cringworthy Music’, Defends Her Teen Song “Friday”

Famous singer and YouTuber Rebecca Black took shots at controversial yet most-googled internet personality, Andrew Tate and fans are loving it! Amid his recent controversies, from taking down Greta Thunberg, to getting detained by Romanian authorities, Andrew has been facing massive backlash for his “toxic masculinity”. Rebecca became another critic who dissed Andrew Tate’s music career. Here’s everything about it.

Andrew Tate’s Music Alter Ego Is Mr Plenty

Andrew Tate, who was recently arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and for an alleged organized crime group, has become a laughing stock on Twitter. The latest celebrity to take down Andrew is none other than YouTuber Rebecca Black. While you may not have been able to get your hands on Andrew’s cringe music (released under the moniker of Mr Plenty), Rebecca has heard it and roasted it all.

Rebecca Black, who suffered massive trolls for her son “Friday) in 2011, came forward and dissed Andrew Tate’s “Sugar Daddy”, and well, if you’ve heard it, you’d know it’s unlistenable. She wrote on Twitter: “I was 13 this man is 36,” referencing the fact she was trolled as a kid while Tate’s cringe music goes uncontrolled.

As a result, fans agreed with Rebecca and stated that “Friday” wasn’t actually a bad song. In 2021, the 25-year-old actress came up with a spiced-up remix of “Friday”, featuring Dorian Electra and Big Freedia, paying homage to the song’s 10th anniversary. And guess what, it was an instant hit.

What Are Fans Saying?

If you ask me, Andrew Tate’s music is as cringe as the man. The “king of masculinity” who upload his songs under the moniker Mr Plenty, launched his music in 2019 with Sugar Daddy ft Kris Kiss. The artist collaborated with Tate on “Suicide” and “Part Time”. This year, he released the songs “Top G In A Bugatti” and “Powerful Rich Man/Drowning” featuring BIggs Don and Lil RobinhoodBreezy. The theme is all about bringing out his online image of fast cars and rich life.

As for Rebecca’s badass tweet, fans came forward to support her. One verified fan wrote, “Friday was a banger and I love you queen Rebecca.” Another wrote, “I never understood why your vocals were so harshly criticized the track. They were perfectly adequate for a teenage pop song.” One commented, “BANGER TWEET.”

One mentioned, “And you had way more confidence than this guy. Look at him lol. You can see he is cringing as he is “singing”. Another wrote, “His teeth are a jump scare.” One fan even recalled how Greta Thunberg and now, Rebecca managed to take this misogynist down.

If you aren’t aware, Andrew Tate recently mocked Greta Thunberg, boasting about having 33 cars and speaking relentlessly about their “enormous emissions”. He wrote, “Hello @GretaThunberg. I have 33 cars. My Bugatti has a w16 8.0L quad-turbo. My TWO Ferrari 812 competizione have 6.5L v12s. This is just the start. Please provide your email address so I can send a complete list of my car collection and their respective enormous emissions.”

In her response, Greta gave a befitting reply to Andrew and asked him to enlighten her. Many Twitter users condemned him for bullying a teenager and mocked him for getting arrested thereafter. The notorious internet celebrity was detained last week (Dec. 29) in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and for an alleged organized crime group.
