Legendary rapper Lil Wayne storms out of 50 Cent’s show following backstage push

On Wednesday, Lil Wayne was expected to join the In Da Club hitmaker as one of the surprise performers for his show at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. However, things didn’t go as planned and he stormed out before going on stage.

Some insiders have told the media outlet, that when the Lollipop singer was getting ready to go on the stage, a member of the backstage staff appeared to push him out of the way. It seems like the staff member may have not realized who Wayne was which pissed him off.

When Lil Wayne whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. was supposed to join the “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” star on the stage, he was nowhere to be seen. A backstage insider told the media outlet, “He just stormed out. He was in the building for about 20 minutes total.”

Luckily, the fans who were there for Fiddy’s “Final Lap” tour saw him perform on the stage with some hip-hop stars including Nas, Tyga, Chris Brown, and YG. It has been reported by the media outlet that Saweetie and Tyler the Creator were also present in the crowd.

As of this moment, Cent has not made an official comment on Wayne’s alleged exit from his show on Wednesday night. Hopefully, he will share his thoughts on the matter with his fans in the days to come.

50 Cent recently hurled a microphone at a concertgoer

Not long ago, 50 Cent made headlines after he hurled a microphone at a show which ended up hitting a radio host on the forehead. The woman who got injured was Power 106 radio host, Bryhana Monegain.

After the incident, Monegain was rushed to the hospital, which left a nasty cut on her forehead. In the pictures that have surfaced on social media, we can see a bloody Monegain. Then, she filed a police report against the rapper and now he is a suspect in a battery case.

In a statement issued to TMZ, his attorney, Scott Leemon, said, “Let’s be very clear, as I told LAPD this afternoon, my client Curtis would never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone. Anyone saying something different doesn’t have all the facts and is misinformed.”

During his show, the Candy Shop rapper got frustrated after he was handed over faulty mics. His first mic didn’t work properly and he threw it with little force. His second mic also failed and he hurled it into the crowd.
