YouTube influencer Nikita Dragun was arrested Monday (Nov. 8) for the alleged battery at a Miami Beach hotel. Authorities arrived at the scene after complaints that a woman was causing a disturbance and walking around the pool area naked. The 26-year-old star was charged with four counts including battery on an officer and disorderly conduct.

On Monday (Nov. 8), social media star, Nikita Dragun was arrested at the Miami Beach hotel, and charged with four counts including battery on an officer and disorderly conduct. Per the arrest report, police arrived at the Good Times Hotel at 601 Washington Avenue after receiving complaints of a woman “causing a disturbance and walking around the pool area naked”.
The 26-year-old transgender threw a water bottle at hotel security before moving towards her room. When the security staff asked her to cut down the music, she slammed the door in their faces. Soon after, cops arrived at the scene, and stated that Nikita opened the door again and asked security, “Do you want more?”
Officers revealed that she then swung an open water bottle, causing water to hit and spill on both the security guard and the officer, resulting in her arrest. Despite several warnings, she continued to misbehave and create a nuisance.
The police even warned her that she could be forced to leave the property. After this, police took her into custody and transferred her to the Turner Gilford Knight Correctional Center. She was booked for felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanour disorderly conduct and misdemeanour battery. She is presently being held on a $5,000 bond.
Who Is Nikita Dragun?
Nikita Nguyen, professionally known as Nikita Dragun, is a YouTuber, make-up artist, and model. The famous social media influencer has over 3.5 million subscribers on YouTube. She became famous for her work on makeup and beauty products and currently boasts over 9 million followers on Instagram and 14 million followers on TikTok.
Nikita previously shared footage of herself being handcuffed in Miami on Saturday (Nov. 5). Even though she did not specify the incident, it is unclear if that post is anywhere connected with her recent arrests.
She captioned her post: “THE DOLLS RUN THE WORLD. Mami I’m sorry. I promise I am not in jail… anymore. You know The Dolls causing trouble in Miami sister. The only place La Dragona can be treated [ed] like a real princess.”
In March 2019, Nikita launched her make-up line, “Dragun Beauty”. The cosmetic line is also targeted towards the transgender community. These products are vegan and cruelty-free. During an interview, she revealed that her journey as a transgender woman served as an inspiration behind Dragun Beauty and its products.
As for her accolades, the “Escape the Night” actress won a Streamy Awards (2019) and The 12th Annual Shorty Awards (2020) in the “beauty” category. She has also appeared in an episode of “Real Housewives” of Beverly Hills”.
In the past, the 26-year-old social media influencer was accused of “copying” her brand of press-on-nails for a small business, which sparked a massive backlash against her. As for her recent arrest, Dragun has posted no further information regarding her bail.
