NFL Star Tom Brady will get Roasted in a 2023 Netflix Special on “Greatest Roasts of All Times”

American football quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tom Brady is already feeling the heat as he is going to get roasted on a future Netflix special “Greatest Roasts of All Time” (GROAT). Read on to know all about it.

All about the Tom Brady Special

Netflix is coming up with a public shaming special in 2023 where you can witness a real roasting of legendary stars. Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. will become a subject to roasting in an upcoming Netflix series, GROAT.

Brady’s roast will tape in 2023, following his next season in the NFL, with roasters to be announced. Not just this, the seven-time Super Bowl champion will also serve as executive producer on his roast and future GROAT special.

Casey Patterson, Jeff Ross and Carol Donovan will also executive produce. Netflix Vice President of Stand-up and Comedy Formats, Robbie Praw released a statement saying, “We can’t wait to burn three-time Super Bowl-losing quarterback Tom Brady, who only went back to the NFL in order to delay this roast.

He added, “In all seriousness, it’s a huge thrill to work with the greatest football player of all time on this project. No one’s better at taking hits and still coming out on top, so we know the roast will be a breeze for Brady.”

Tom Brady expressed his excitement by saying, To quote my good friend, Marshawn Lynch … ‘I’m just here so I won’t get fined.” FYI, Marshawn Lynch AKA “Beast Mode” is a former American football running back who played in the NFL for 12 seasons.

The Man who never Lost a Season…

Before Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady spent his first 20 seasons with the New England Patriots, where he was a central contributor to the franchise’s dynasty from 2001 to 2019. Brady is widely regarded as the greatest quarterback of all time.

He became the starting quarterback during his second season, which saw the Patriots win their first Super Bowl title in Super Bowl XXXVI. As the team’s primary starter for 18 seasons, Brady led the Patriots to:

  • 17 division titles (including 11 consecutive from 2009 to 2019),
  • 13 AFC Championship Games (including eight consecutive from 2011 to 2018), nine Super Bowl appearances, and
  • Six Super Bowl titles, all NFL records for a player and franchise.

Brady joined the Buccaneers in 2020 and led them to win Super Bowl LV, extending his individual records to 10 Super Bowl appearances and seven victories. Tom Brady holds nearly every major quarterback record, including passing yards, completions, touchdown passes, and games started, in addition to the most Pro Bowl selections.

Brady returned to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers less than two months after announcing his retirement from NFL. No information has been revealed regarding the future instalments, which will presumably feature different batches of roasters and roastees.

Production on Brady’s episode will begin next year after the football season concludes. Keep reading for more updates. The Netflix show is just another expansion of Brady’s brand into the world of media and entertainment. Aren’t you excited to see Brady getting roasted?
