My Mind & Me Teaser Showcases Snippets from Selena’s Life
The documentary spans over six years and will feature raw visuals from Selena’s personal life and intimate footage from her everyday routine, including snippets of her crying, laughing, performing and hanging out with family and friends.
The 30 year old singer will be sharing the story of how she was pulled into darkness while being at the top of her career. Selena shared the teaser on her Instagram handle and captioned the post, “My Mind & Me. We don’t get along sometimes, and it gets hard to breathe… But I wouldn’t change my life.” Watch the teaser below.

The documentary will premiere on Apple TV+ on November 4. Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting to watch the emotional journey of their favourite pop star. Apple TV+ says the Documentary will be ‘Uniquely Raw and Intimate’
The official synopsis of the documentary by Apple TV+ reads, “After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.”
The project has been directed by Alek Keshishian, who also directed another critically acclaimed documentary, Madonna: Truth or Dare. My Mind & Me has been produced by Lighthouse Management & Media and Interscope Films with Aleen Keshishian, Zack Morgenroth, Michelle An, Katherine LeBlond, Stephanie Meurer, Caitlin Daley and John Janick serving as executive producers.
Selena has been Vocal About her Mental Heath Struggle for Years
Selena is one of the most sought-after artists of the generation and has sold 210 million singles worldwide and amassed over 45 billion global streams of her songs. The singer, who started her career as a Disney star, is currently seen in Only Murders in the Building, for which she also received an Emmy nomination.
The singer has always been very vocal about her struggles and has tried to raise awareness about mental health issues by sharing her own experiences on multiple occasions. She also revealed living with bipolar disorder and shared how therapy helped her cope with the condition.
