The Country Will Fight Against Fear And Hatred
The “Drag Isn’t Dangerous” live telethon took place on Sunday (May 7, 2023) to raise money against the recent anti-LGBTQ legislation, which is causing panic and fear among other people. “We love you, queens. We’re in your corner and we’ve got you, and I will fuck anybody up who’s trying to fuck with anything with you guys,” Theron, who is also a parent to a transgender daughter, said. Per ACLU, a record number of over 474 pieces of anti-LGBTQ legislation have already been introduced during the 2023 legislative session.
