Jessica Batten is officially a mother now! The Love Is Blind alum and her husband Benjamin McGrath have welcomed their first child together. She announced the arrival of her little bundle of joy on the social media platform Instagram.

On Saturday, the reality TV star took to her Instagram page to share the piece of happy news with her fans worldwide. She posted a series of pictures of the family on her Instagram feed. She disclosed the name of the pair’s baby in the caption of the Instagram post.
“Meet Dax 💙 June 9, 2023,” she wrote alongside a slideshow of snaps. In the first photograph, Jessica can be seen lying in a hospital bed with a sweet smile on her face, meanwhile, her baby boy Dax appears to be sleeping.
The carousel of pictures also included a close-up shot of Dax, a photograph of Benjamin holding his newborn son, a lovely image of the couple with their baby boy, and a few solo shots of the newly minted mom with her son.
For those of you who are unaware, let us share with you, Batten’s husband Benjamin McGrath has two other kids: son Ethan, 6, and daughter Poppy, 7 from a previous relationship. Jessica also shared pictures of Ethan and Poppy holding their baby brother Dax on social media.

The Perfect Match star Lauren Chamblin commented, “Ahhh welcome to the world, Dax!! He is gorgeous & so are you!!!!! Congratulations!” meanwhile, Shaina Hurley who appeared on the second season of Love Is Blind went on to write, “Congratulations beautiful!!!!! He’s perfect”
Kelly Chase added, “he’s so perfect! Love seeing you as a mommy! Love you so much Jess! Congrats to you and Ben! can’t wait to meet Dax soon!” Kenny Barnes chimed in, “Welcome to the world, Dax! ❤️.”
When did Jessica Batten and Benjamin McGrath get married?
Jessica and Benjamin got married on August 24, 2022. They got engaged in the year 2021. McGrath popped the big question to Batten at Akash Winery in Temecula, California. Then, she talked about “learning to be a parent” to McGrath’s children.
At that time, Jessica told People magazine, “It’s been awesome and three for the price of one for me. I didn’t know this would be in my future, but I couldn’t imagine my life without them. They’re so super special to me.”
She added, “It’s a lot of sacrifice, but it’s so rewarding. After being by myself for so long, or just me and [my dog] Payton, now having them, it’s just a whole different perspective.”
