The Yellowstone actor and his wife Christine, a model and handbag designer have called it quits after almost 18 years of marriage. It has been reported by the media outlet TMZ, that Kevin’s wife Baumgartner recently filed for divorce from her actor husband.
The publication has reported that Christine filed the divorce papers on Monday, May 1, 2023. In the court documents obtained, Baumgartner has stated the usual “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
In a statement issued to the press, Kevin’s representative said, “It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action.”
His rep added, “We ask that his, Christine’s and their children’s privacy be respected as they navigate this difficult time.” Kevin and his estranged wife Christine share three kids together: Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 12.
TMZ has mentioned that Baumgartner is asking for joint custody of the pair’s children. On the other hand, when we talk about Kevin, he filed his response on Tuesday, in which he also requested joint custody of their kids.
