Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will begin airing in July 2023. A new teaser for Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 was launched at the ongoing Jump Festa 2023 event on 17th December 2022. The series will be a part of the summer lineup.
The season will show us more about Gojo’s past and friendship with Geto. The teaser revealed the first look and character design of Toji Fushiguro, Megumi’s father.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2: Arcs
The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen will cover two arcs. First would be the ‘Hidden Inventory/Premature Death arc. The second would be Shibuya Incident. Moreover, the arcs will be drawn in two consecutive courses.

The five main characters in the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death arc have lifted.
Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer at the Jujutsu High.
Suguru Geto, the worst sorcerer.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2: Storyline
The second season of jujutsu kaisen will depict the story of Saturo Gojo and Suguru Geto’s days as Jujutsu Tech students in the “Hidden Inventory/Premature Death” arcs. Finally, we will get to know the story of how Gojo and Geto parted ways. This was hinted at in the Jujutsu kaisen 0 movie.
The “Hidden Inventory/Premature Death” arcs are jointly referred to as “Gojo’s past” arc. They dig deeper into the event of Gojo’s life as a second-year student at Jujutsu High.
Meanwhile, the “Shibuya Incident” story continues events from the first season. At the same time, the main cast from the first season will battle against the alliance of cursed spirits and users who aim to seal Gojo.

Everything We Know So Far
Jujutsu Kaisen is an anime series based on manga written by Gege Akutami. The series has been serialized in Shonen Jump Since March 2018. The first season and the movie are both produced by MAPPA.
MAPPA is known to produce animes like Attack On Titan and Chainsaw Man, Furthermore, it will also produce the third Season of One Punchman.
The season will come out in two consecutive installments. The number of episodes in each installment has not yet been revealed. However, if we were to guess, two arcs can mean 20-24 episodes in the whole season.
The Second Season will revolve around the mission of escorting the star plasma vessel to Tengen. Additionally, we will get to know more about Toji, Megumi’s father. Manga readers are excited to see the first look of Toji in the anime.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will release in July 2023. More information will be revealed as the time comes close.
