Jen Shah tried to commit suicide over Instagram trolling
In the Wednesday episode of the show Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Jen told her co-star Whitney Rose that she was so overwhelmed with everything going on in her life that she had suicidal thoughts.
Shah went on to say, “I tried to commit suicide and my husband had to take me to the hospital.” She further added that “the whole Angie Harrington and Chris Harrington [thing] affected me so much that I tried to take my life.”
In the midst of Jen’s fraud trial, Chris made an anonymous Instagram account called “shahexposed” to slam other Bravo celebrities — particularly Shan’s frenemy, Lisa Barlow. Although Shah stated that the use of her last name implicated that her entire family was involved — whereas, in reality, it was none of them.
Angie and Chris Harrington’s troll Instagram account took a toll on Jen’s health
During the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, the reality star disclosed that Chris and Angie’s Instagram account took a toll on her. She began taking antidepressants after she was accused of scamming millions of dollars from people.

Jen changed her plea at the last moment, and at that point, she even confessed to committing fraud charges and knowingly providing services with little to no value to people “over the age of 55.”
