It seems like things are going well between the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian and the NBA player Tristan Thompson. Not long ago, Khloe’s sister Kim shared a picture of Tristan during Game 4 between the LA Lakers and Golden State Warriors, and that resulted in rumors that stated Khloe and the basketball player are back together.
By now we are guessing, all of you know that Kardashian and Thompson have had an on-again and off-again relationship over the last couple of years. They also share two children: daughter True and son Tatum despite all the issues they have faced in the past.

Are Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson back together?
The reconciliation rumors of the Good American co-founder and the athlete started swirling in the air when Khloe’s elder sister Kim posted a photo of Tristan on her Instagram Story. On Monday night, she attended the match that took place between Golden State Warriors and LA Lakers.
For those of you who are unaware, let us share with you, Thompson was picked by the LA Lakers shortly before the playoffs began. Once again, he joined hands with LeBron James, his teammate from the 2016 championship run with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
For Game 4, Kim who is the elder sister of Tristan’s ex-girlfriend Khloe came forward to support him. During the game, he was not spotted on the court but soon after, the fans started pondering if he has gotten back together with the reality TV star.
On Monday night, the Skims founder shared a picture of Tristan on her Instagram Story which was pretty strange considering the relationship history of Thompson and her sister Khloe. Another interesting thing about the whole scenario is the fact that Kim removed the picture of Tristan from her Instagram Story on Tuesday morning.
As of this moment, it’s not known why Kim did this, but she may have taken down her Instagram Story to avoid rumors or hide the relationship status of her younger sister Khloe.
A look at the relationship history of Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson
Khloe and Tristan have had an on-again and off-again relationship over the last few years. The news of their romance first saw the light of day in September 2016. At that point in time, the athlete was expecting his first child with Jordan Craig, who was still pregnant with the couple’s baby. They welcomed their baby in December of that year. Neither of them confirmed if he met Khloe while he was still in a relationship with Craig.
The Revenge Body star and the NBA champ made their first appearance as a couple at pal Flo Rida’s birthday party at LIV in Miami in September 2016. While making an appearance on the show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! in November 2016, she talked about her romance with Tristan.
Then, Khloe said, “I live here, but I’m [in Cleveland] very often. I actually really do [like being in Cleveland]. I actually really like it. I like just having my routine and being a little more under the radar. It’s nice.”
In December 2016, they spent the holidays together. Thompson wished his Instagram followers happy holidays by sharing a picture of himself and Khloe. He simply captioned the snap, “Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays from me and mines, to you and yours.”
The pair announced that they were having a baby on the social media platform Instagram in December 2017. At that point, The Kardashians star took to her Instagram page and wrote, “My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life!”
Khloe added, “Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!! You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you’ve been to me during this time!”
She continued, “Thank you for making me so happy my love! Thank you to everyone for the love and positive vibes! I know we’ve been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us ❤️ Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it’s the best bundle of feelings I’ve ever felt in my life! ❤️❤️❤️.”
In March 2018, the Strong Looks Better Naked author revealed that she and her Cleveland Cavaliers player beau were expecting a baby girl. The gender of the pair’s first baby was disclosed during the finale of season 14 of the show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. When Kylie broke the news to Khloe, she said, “You’re lying! I don’t feel like I’m having a girl. … I’m, like, in a state of shock.”
Later on, Kardashian said, “Everyone told me, ‘You’re going to feel what you’re having and you’ll just kind of know.’ And then when you find out it’s the complete opposite, it’s just a shock. I just was convinced that I was having a boy, so to be having a girl, it’s just like, ‘OK, that wasn’t what I thought was going on.’”
Khloe had her baby shower at a pink-themed party at Hotel Bel-Air in Beverly Hills, California. Just a couple of days before she gave birth, a video of Tristan kissing another woman popped up on the internet in April 2018. When the news came out, Khloe was 9 months pregnant. They welcomed their first child together, daughter True Thompson on April 12, 2018, at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Just 4 days after welcoming her little bundle of joy into the world, Khloe took to her Instagram page and shared a picture of pink balloons, flowers, and stuffed animals and penned, “Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!”
In May 2018, it was reported that Khloe and Tristan got back together after his cheating scandal. Soon after, she talked about her decision to stay in a relationship with Tristan while replying to a fan on Twitter in June 2018.
She tweeted, “You have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist. I’m proud of my strength. I appreciate your opinion and I hope you hold that same opinion to everyone else who has stayed in situations.”
In February 2019, Thompson was seen getting cozy with Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods at a party. He and Khloe called it quits the same month. They reunited 2 months later for the 1st birthday of their daughter True. They didn’t get back together until July 2020.
They spent a lot of time together during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the pair pulled the plug on their romance again in June 2021 when a model named Sydney Chase claimed that she hooked up with Tristan in the fall when he was still dating Khloe.
In December 2021, news broke that Tristan had another baby on the way with Texas personal trainer Maralee Nichols. Then, she sued the NBA player for child support and other pregnancy-related fees. Later on, he issued an apology to Khloe and admitted that he was the father of Maralee’s son Theo.
Then, Thompson shared on Instagram, “Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
In July 2022, Khloe revealed that she and Tristan were expecting baby No.2 via surrogate. The next month, it was announced that the duo was having a baby boy. They welcomed their son in August 2022.
Then, a close source told Us Weekly, “Both baby and mother are very happy and healthy. Khloé is so thrilled to expand her family.” The birth of their son was aired on the season 2 premiere of The Kardashians.
Earlier this year, in January, Khloe supported Tristan when his mother Andrea passed away after suffering a heart attack. In March 2023, the former couple was snapped celebrating Malika Haqq and Khadijah Haqq’s joint birthday party at L.A. hot spot The Nice Guy. Last month, the exes reunited to celebrate their daughter True’s 5th birthday with a big party.
