Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2023 are just around the corner, and viewers are excited to find out which of their favorite films, shows, and celebs bag the trophies this year. The 34th annual ceremony is being held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles for the first time.
CBS This Morning sports analyst Nate Burleson and internet celebrity and Dancing with the Stars winner Charli D’Amelio are all set to host the event. For those wondering how you can watch the awards live, we have got you covered.
How to Watch Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2023?
The Kids’ Choice Awards 2023 will be aired live on March 4 at 4 pm PT / 7 p.m. ET / 6:30 pm CT. The event can be watched live on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nick Jr., Nicktoons, TVLand, CMT, and MTV2.
All these networks require a cable subscription to be watched. Some of these channels can also be watched on the internet as they allow viewers to log into their websites or apps by using cable credentials.
How to Watch Kids’ Choice Awards Without Cable?
If you do not have an active cable connection, you can still watch the awards ceremony by streaming Nickelodeon or its sister channels through a live TV streaming service. There are a number of platforms available to do so: DirecTV Stream, which starts at $65 monthly and provides over 64 channels, including Nickelodeon, TeenNick, and CMT.
Then there is FuboTV which is priced at $75 to $95 quarterly. The service offers over 140 channels. Philo provides over 70 channels, including Nickelodeon, and is charged $25 a month. Hulu + Live TV offers live streaming on the Hulu app for $70 to $83 a month.
There is also YouTube TV, which comes at $55 to $65 a month and gives access to over 85 channels. Meanwhile, Sling TV offers a three-day free trial, after which you will be charged $40 to $55 a month for more than 40 channels, including Nicktoons, Nick Jr., and TeenNick.
Who is Performing at The Kids’ Choice Awards 2023?
The awards night will be a star-studded affair and will feature performances by Chris Pine, Awkwafina, Melissa McCarthy, Pete Davidson, Seth Rogen, Michael Le, Michelle Rodriguez, Halle Bailey, Bella Poarch, That Girl Lay Lay, and Bebe Rexha, who will be performing her single I’m Good.
The hosts expressed their excitement with a statement. “Hosting NFL Slimetime is always a blast, and I can’t wait to bring that same energy and Slime as co-host of the iconic Kids’ Choice Awards! I grew up on Nickelodeon and my kids still love watching, so we’re all ready for the stunts, surprises and superstars that await us at this year’s show,” said Burleson.
D’Amelio added, “I got slimed at the KCAs in 2021, saw my sister get slimed at last year’s show and now, no one is safe with me as co-host! Nate and I will make sure this year’s show is full of unexpected Slime shots, impressive dances and surprise tricks along the way!”
The stars who are competing for the awards in different categories this year include Elizabeth Olsen, Letitia Wright, Millie Bobbie Brown, Chris Hemsworth, Jim Carrey, Ryan Reynolds, Olivia Rodrigo, Brady Noon, Israel Johnson, Hilary Duff, Jenna Ortega, Caleb McLaughlin, Ewan McGregor, and Ralph Macchio among others.
