Having a child is both a painful and a blessed experience in life. Particularly when a mother holds her child for the first time.
Caitlin McGee is a well-known actress, best known for her portrayal of attorney Sydney Strait in the legal drama Bluff City Law. She does, however, appear as Sarah on the ABC comedy Home Economics.
Caitlin has some exciting news for her enthusiasts and everyone who has loved watching her grow. Caitlin is now a mom. This is her first child with her husband Patrick Woodall.

Caitlin McGee Welcomes Baby Girl With Husband Patrick Woodall
They are expanding their family. Husband Patrick and actress Caitlin welcomed the baby girl on September 27, 2022. The pair named their baby girl ‘Juniper’. It’s definitely a loving name.
“I love her so much it makes my heart hurt,” the actress penned, “Juniper McGee Woodall not to be weird but we’re obsessed with you. Very happy to be your Mom Lil bug.”
The actress made the announcement alongside some adorable pictures of the new baby. Caitlin and the new baby were hugging and looking adorable in the first photo.
The comment section is filled with love and lots of “congratulations”. Everyone expressed their excitement.
Caitlin also shared her pregnancy announcement previously in a hilarious way.
She penned, “Well we’re making a person. From scratch! And thank you to my wonderful hub for being a truly outstanding partner— holding my hair back, cleaning out puke buckets, and buying every cereal and popsicle in the county— to name a few. You’re a good one P, I adore you.”
Caitlin Announced About Her Baby Arriving Any Seconds
Throughout her pregnancy, the actress kept her followers up to date on all of her updates and happenings. She even revealed her last week at Home Economics.
She penned on Instagram, “I had my last day of Home Ec this week as baby is arriving LITERALLY any second. Not gonna lie working those hours, night shoots, extreme heat, etc. was challenging to say the least. But I f— did it and I’m proud.
Thank god for my cast and crew who took such good care of me the past few months while I waddled around and hid my bump behind various comically large props. And to people who give birth, you are incredible. I have a newfound respect for anyone who brings a person into the world, it’s not easy.”
Patrick and McGee met while working at the Manhattan Theatre Club in 2014. And after all of their wonderful times together, they decided to tie the knot and say yes to being together.
McGee has arrived in smaller roles on Blue Bloods, Chicago Med, Grey’s Anatomy, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, among others.
McGee also appeared as Emma, the love interest of Dev Patel’s Joshua, in the Season One episode of Amazon Prime Video’s anthology series Modern Love titled “When Cupid is a Prying Journalist” in October 2019.
