“It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. 👼🏼🤍👼🏼 Happy Easter! 🐣🐣 Posting from pure Heaven. 🙌🏽,” she wrote alongside a beautiful picture of herself holding her newborn babies on each shoulder while looking at a sunset across the water.
