Halloween Kills is a slasher movie directed by David Gordon Green and written by Green, Danny McBride, and Scott Teems that will be released on 15th October 2021. The movie is the twelfth installment in the Halloween franchise and is a sequel to 2018’s Halloween.
The movie picks off right where the previous one left off, with Strode and her family fending off Myers once more, this time with the support of the Haddonfield community.
Jason Blum serves as a producer on the movie through his Blumhouse Productions banner, alongside Malek Akkad and Bill Block. We do, however, have updates on the release date, which has been postponed several times due to the outbreak. The official release date has already been announced, and the movie will be released soon.
Halloween Kills Official Release Date
The movie was scheduled to be released in theaters on October 16, 2020, but was delayed to October 15, 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in July 2020. However, it has already been confirmed that the movie will be released on October 15, 2021. Isn’t it coming up soon?
On September 8, 2021, Halloween Kills premiered at the 78th Venice International Film Festival. On September 9, 2021, it was reported that the movie would be streamed for 60 days on Peacock’s paid tiers in addition to being released in theaters.
Halloween Kills Storyline
The Halloween Kills has a terrific premise. After Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer), and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) lock Michael Myers in Laurie’s burning house basement, Michael succeeds to break free when firemen approach. The Strode ladies band together with other survivors to form a mob to hunt out Michael.

Halloween Kills Sequel In Making?
The movie was confirmed in July 2019 alongside an immediate sequel and final installment titled Halloween Ends, which will be released on October 14, 2022. The last installment, titled ‘Halloween Ends,’ is on the way. And sadly the end of the amazing franchise. Well, we will keep our viewers’ updated later on regarding this upcoming sequel.

- Airon Armstrong portrays a younger version of Michael Myers in the 1978 Halloween night flashbacks.
- Judy Greer – Karen Nelson : Laurie’s daughter and Allyson’s mother.
- Andi Matichak – Allyson Nelson : Karen’s daughter and Laurie’s granddaughter.
- Will Patton – Deputy Frank Hawkins : Dr. Sartain, who apprehended Michael after his initial murdering spree in 1978, stabbed and ran over a sheriff’s officer in the previous movie.
- Anthony Michael Hall – Tommy Doyle : Lindsey’s friend and one of the kids Laurie babysat in 1978.
- Kyle Richards – Lindsey Wallace : Tommy’s friend and one of the kids Laurie babysat in 1978. Richards reprises her role from the 1978 original.
- Nancy Stephens – Marion Chambers : A retired former assistant to Dr. Sam Loomis. Stephens reprises her role from the 1978 original, and the now-unrelated films Halloween II (1981) and Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998).
