It’s been announced that Hallmark Channel is launching a new drama series focusing on the rodeo genre, called Ride, in late March, immediately after the season finale of The Way Home.
In a tweet sent by Hallmark Channel, the network revealed that Ride would premiere on Sunday, March 26, at 9 p.m. ET in the U.S.

As part of a special super-sized night with the Season 1 finale of The Way Home, on Sunday, March 26 at 9/8c, there will be a premiere of Ride, starring Nancy Travis, Tiera Skovbye, and Beau Mirchoff.
In this new multigenerational family drama, we follow the lives of the McMurrays as they struggle to maintain their beloved ranch that has been a part of the McMurray family for generations.

As a result of a tragic loss, each of the characters embarks on a powerful journey of self-discovery and transformation, uncovering a complex web of secrets that threatens the family’s harmony and the little Colorado town itself. Also appearing in the movie are Sara Garcia, Jake Foy, and Tyler Jacob Moore.
Seven24 Films And Blink49 Studios Co-Produce Ride
The project was co-produced by Blink49 Studios and Seven24 Films and aired on the CTV Drama Channel in Canada as part of a collaboration with Bell Media. In addition to their role as showrunners and executive producers, Rebecca Boss and Chris Masi also serve as writers and producers of the show. Rebecca Boss and Chris Masi are a husband and wife writing team.
Additionally, Blink49 Studios’ John Morayniss, Carolyn Newman, and Virginia Rankin are helping to produce the movie; Nitelite Entertainment’s Greg Gugliotta and F.J Denny are working on the picture; Circle of Confusion’s Elana Barry and Josh Adler are handling the movie; Seven24 Films’ Jordy Randall and Tom Cox are working on it. In addition to directing and producing the film, Paolo Barzman is also the executive producer.
The synopsis of Ride says that following a painful loss, each of the characters embarks upon an empowering journey of transformation and self-discovery while at the same time uncovering a twisted web of secrets that threaten to rip the family and their small Colorado town apart from within.
