Halle Bailey was in a puddle of happy tears after receiving a letter from the pilot in charge of one of her recent flights. She shared a picture of the beautiful handwritten letter on her Twitter page on November 7, 2022, Monday.
The Little Mermaid star tweeted, “This amazing pilot on the plane just gave me this beautiful note today.” The letter reads, “Miss Bailey It is an honor to have you on board today.”

It further reads, “Thank you for being an inspiration to little brown girls all over the world like we were a few years ago.” The letter was signed, “your young Latina female Delta pilot.”
