The Residency Comes After a Series of Personal Problems for the Singer
Jayne revealed that she has been facing issues in her personal life for the last three years. She is currently in the middle of a divorce from her husband Tom Girardi. The singer also faced legal troubles and was accused of ‘aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty and financial elder abuse.’
“You can pick up after life knocks you down, and you can go on, and you can continue your artistry, your life. You can rebuild, you can start over, and you can bet it all on yourself. Life can really change, provided you stick it out and you stay in the fight,” she said, hoping that her residency will serve as ‘an inspiration to others.’
