Emily In Paris Season 3: Lucien Laviscount Upgraded As A Series Regular

The streaming platform Netflix announced the exciting news that Laviscount who plays Alfie in the show will be featured as a regular cast member in the upcoming seasons.

Laviscount who appeared in the middle of season 2 of Emily in Paris as a fellow French class student will be reprising his role as Alfie in the upcoming seasons starring Lilly Collins in the romantic comedy series Emily in Paris.

The streaming platform revealed this news during the PaleyFest event of the show. Lucien Laviscount played the love interest of Emily in season 2. 

Emily in Paris is directed and written by Darren Star who also serves as the executive producer along with Lilly Burns, Andrew Fleming and Tony Hernandez. 

The show is produced under the production banner MTV Studios along with Darren Star Productions and Jax Media.

Lucien is a British actor who first stepped into the industry in 2007 with a recurring role in the British series Grange Hill. Since then, he’s been flying on cloud nine with immensely appreciated roles including Scream Queens, Trust and Katy Keene. 

Laviscount managed to win over a million hears with his appearance on the show Emily in Paris season 2 as “Alfie”, a sarcastic, charming British man who emerged as one of the strongest characters from the season. Probably the reason he got a series regular on the show.

Season 2 of Emily in Paris was primarily focused on the friendship of Alfie and Emily but the cute chemistry hit off right and Alfie became the love interest of Emily.
