British singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran has announced plans to collaborate musically with BTS, and fans are ecstatic. Everyone these days wants to work with BTS. They’re the world’s biggest boyband, and they’re mainly composed of seven guys with distinct vocals and musical interests that fit every genre.
You name it: rap, R&B, EDM, country, and so on. All of BTS’ collaborative tracks indicate that they’ve touched every part of the music world. It’s no surprise that so many musicians are intrigued. With the growth in their popularity, more western artists are lining up to collaborate with them.

The “Shape of You” singer recently dropped the lead single titled “Bad Habits” off of his upcoming studio album.
The group’s agency, Big Hit Entertainment, has verified it, according to a Soompi report: “It is true that Ed Sheeran is contributing in BTS’ new song.”
Following the announcement, fans have gone insane.

The lads have captured the hearts of millions of people around the world and have become the biggest sensation. Their music enables them to communicate messages that are rich in metaphor and cultural allusions.
Not only that, but their blend of hip-hop and EDM has proven to be popular. With millions of CDs sold, the band has been performing to sold-out crowds at stadiums. Furthermore, a number of western musicians like Nicki Minaj, LAUV, Sia, Becky G, The Chain Smokers, Steve Aoki, Lil Nas X, Zara Larson, Halsey, Charli XCX, and many more have collaborated with the Korean boy band.
In July, the K-Pop group will release a CD version of their latest English hit “Butter.” However, It’s unknown whether BTS’s new collaborative track with Ed Sheeran will be included in the CD version of “Butter” or if it will be released as part of a separate album. “We cannot confirm the details,” Big Hit Music said when asked if the song would be released in July.
