A YouTube Video Unveiled The Exciting News About The Tour

In a video posted on YouTube on Monday, October 3, the superstar revealed some exciting news about his upcoming tour to fans. This clip shows Sheeran in a mathematics classroom as the teacher recites different forms of math as he teaches the class.

The teacher recites all of these mathematical operations, including the ones we all know as Sheeran albums, each of which is accompanied by a song in the clip from the era of Sheeran’s career that is associated with each math operation. At the end of the video, he announced the official tour announcement for the Mathematics Tour.

A series of stops along the way will be made by the worldwide tour known as “+ – = ÷ x Tour” sometimes referred to as “The Mathematics Tour.” The trek is slated to begin on May 6 in Arlington, Texas, at AT&T Stadium, and run through Summer 2023. A final concert will be held at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA, on September 23 as part of the Mathematics Tour.

During the tour, Sheeran will be joined by several special guests, including Khalid (May 6 – September 2), Russ (Sept. 9 – 23), Dylan, Rosa Linn, Cat Burns, and Maisie Peters, who will all appear on specific dates and be part of a series of free concerts.

As part of the tour, he will embark on the first trip to North America for Sheeran in nearly five years, marking the British singer’s first stateside concert since he announced his much-anticipated Divide Tour in 2018.

Sheeran’s Tour Coincides With Equals, His 2021 Project

As part of his newly announced tour, Sheeran will perform songs from his upcoming 2021 album, Equals. It is Sheeran’s fourth full-length album to top the Billboard 100 charts since his debut album in 2013.

Furthermore, Sheeran recently released a Pokémon music video for his song “Celestial,” as well as a schedule that will include appearances on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on October 13 and Good Morning America on October 14.

As part of the 21-date tour, tickets go on sale for the pre-sale on October 12, with the general public being able to purchase them on October 14. As of 10 am local time, tickets will go on sale to the general public.
