The famous rock and metal festival is extended to four days with four headline slots featuring the US Metallica band, Bring Me The Horizon, and Slipknot. The tickets will go on sale very soon while an exclusive presale is underway.
There will be around 60 performers live in front of an incredible audience. The names include Pendulum, Architects, The Distillers, Within Temptation, Simple Plan, and Evanescence. The full lineup is available below.
Download Festival 2023 Headliners and Full Lineup
The dates, lineups, and headlines for 2023’s Download Festival have been revealed. For the first time, the rock and metal festivity will be held across four days. The Download Festival 2023 will take place from June 8 to June 11, 2023, at Donington Park in Leicestershire.
Metallica, Bring Me the Horizon, and Slipknot will be headlining the four days in four different slots. The US band Metallica will be headlining the fest twice on Thursday and Saturday while Bring Me The Horizon will be leading the Friday night.
Slipknot is chosen to close the festival on Sunday. Along with them. there are plenty of other amazing performances scheduled for the rock and metal festivity. Here is the full lineup for Download Festival 2023:
How to Get Tickets to Download Festival 2023?
The tickets to Download Festival 2023 will go on general sale on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at 10 AM GMT. You can get your tickets on Ticketmaster, which is the official ticketing partner for the famous rock and metal event.
Just head over to Ticketmaster, select the days you want to get the ticket for and complete the purchase. Your tickets will be mailed to you at the registered email address in the most hassle-free and safest manner.
There is also a pre-sale for Download Festival 2023 tickets but it’s only available for Barclaycard card holders. If you have it, you can get your tickets earlier than others. It is for weekend tickets though as day tickets will likely be released later as we near the event.
Download Festival 2023 Tickets and Packages Prices
The prices for Download Festival 2023 tickets and basic packages have been revealed alongside the lineup and presale info. Here are the confirmed prices for next year’s rock and metal event:
- Weekend and five-night general camping – £345.00 (Fee included)
- Weekend and four-night general camping – £325.00 (Fee included)
- Weekend arena only – £300.00 (Fee included)
- Car parking – £26
Remember that these are the official prices available on Ticketmaster and other verified partners. If you are buying tickets from resellers or third-party websites, you may have to spend even higher amounts of money.
The prices for Download Festival 2023’s day tickets are yet to be revealed. Information about them will be available at a later date closer to the event. You can also find tickets to the festival near the gate but chances for them are pretty low due to large crowds.
