CMT Music Awards recognize the finest country music. The gala event was hosted by Falcon and Winter Soldier star Anthony Mackie and country singer Kelsea Ballerini. However, Kelsea tested Covid positive a few hours before the event.
Guess what? “CMT family” brought half the set to her Nashville home so she can virtually host the event. Carrie Underwood and Jason Aldean won the top honour, Video of the Year. The fan-vote based awards took place in Nashville, Tennessee and aired on CBS at 8 PM E.T. Here is a complete list of winners:
