Mato Seihei no Slave, aka, Chained Soldier anime has released its first trailer showing a glimpse of all the main characters in action. The anime is set to premiere in 2023 under Studio Seven Arcs.

At Jump Festa 2023, much information regarding the anime came out. They also confirmed the voice acting cast by releasing its first trailer. The main voice cast of the show follows:

Chained Soldier will be produced under Junji Nishimura as the chief director with Goro Kuji as the director. Hiroyuki Yoshi will look over the character designs. Ryota Kano and Akira Kindaichi joined the production as the scriptwriters. Nakanishi is in charge of composing the harem series.
The music composition will happen under the surveillance of Kohta Yamamoto. Akari Kito is in charge of the opening theme song other than voicing Kyouka Uzen. On the other hand, Maaya Uchida has taken over the ending song.
What to Expect From the Anime?
The anime is based on Takahiro’s action, fantasy, ecchi, and harem manga series of the same name “Chained Soldier”. Takahiro has written another famous series named Akame Ga Kill, which is quite popular as a manga. But the anime was a disappointment for the fans. Yohei Takemura is in charge of the illustrations of the Chained Soldier manga. The manga has received serialization back in January 2019.
This shounen manga’s primary protagonist is Yuuki Wakura. Yuuki got transported to a Mato entrance when he was returning home from school.
This phenomenon changed his fate forever. The chief of the Seventh Unit of the Anti-demon Corps, Kyouka Uzen rescued the hero when he called for help. Kyouka decides to make Yuuki her slave to recruit him to the Anti-demon Corps after seeing his potential.
Yen Press has the rights to the manga’s official English version. The official Manga site describes the series as “Decades ago, gates to an otherworldly and dangerous dimension known as Mato—the “Demon City”—appeared across Japan. Those who partook in the “peaches” growing there gained unique abilities—but only if they’re girls. When down-in-the-dumps high school boy Yuuki Wakura finds himself caught up in a gate, he’s saved by Kyouka Uzen, the beautiful commander of the 7th squad of the Demon Defense Force, who…orders him to become her slave?!”
When to Expect the Chained Soldier Anime?
Even though the anime is officially announced, the no confirmed release date has not been released. But it will release sometime in 2023. The official Twitter of the anime will share more news soon.
Mangaka Takahiro has already created a brilliant series like Akame Ga Kill before. This series may have the potential to surprise a lot of fans as well. The art style and the different aspects of the plot have many similarities with the Akame Ga Kill series.
