The 2023 Met Gala event, which took place on Monday (May 1, 2023) in New York City, was dedicated to honoring Karl Lagerfeld’s legacy, the fashion visionary, who died in 2019. The invitation-only event to raise money for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute.
The biggest night of the year offered a choice to attendees to have a wide range of their choices considering the late designer’s decades-old legacy.
