Isn’t the reality glassblowing competition ‘Blown Away’ entertaining to binge-watch? The possibility of a third season of the reality show has piqued the interest of viewers.
According to audiences, the cinematography that captured this process was stunning. It provides a lot of insight into an art form that is difficult to observe and find, let alone witness the process of how it happens.
The series follows a group of artisans from across North America as they compete for a residency at the Corning Museum of Glass. The first season was shot in a converted warehouse in Hamilton, Ontario, which was “custom-built to accommodate 10 glass blowers working simultaneously.”
Blown Away received favorable reviews from critics, prompting speculation about another season.

Blown Away Season 3 Trailer Teases Heat Up Competition
Blown Away returns for season 3 with some of the glass world’s most powerful hitters competing for the title of Best In Glass. Ten glass artists have traveled to North America’s largest hot shop to test their creative abilities.

This season’s expectations are higher, and the contestants will push their technical and conceptual abilities to the limit.
While having a discussion about the past contestants Gray stated, “I feel like Blown Away has done a really great job of highlighting the diversity in the field.”
Katherine Gray is a crush of multiple artists.
“I personally just have an art crush on Katherine Gray,” stated glass artist Brianna Gluszak.
“Katherine is, I mean, easily one of the most well-respected glass makers, glass artists in the world — especially in Canada,” said Jade Usackas.
