Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt are going to become parents again! Not long ago, the Bachelor in Paradise alums Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt shared they are expecting baby No.2 on the social networking platform Instagram.

Astrid Loch and her husband Kevin Wendt are expecting their second child together
On Tuesday, Astrid took to her Instagram Stories to share the piece of good news with her fans all over the world while celebrating her husband Wendt’s 39th birthday. She shared a black-and-white photo of her husband holding up a lit birthday cake, on her Instagram Story.
“BABY DADDY times two,” she wrote atop the black and white snap of her hubby shared on her Instagram Story. Loch further added, “Test results came back POSITIVE so we’re celebrating @Kevin.c.wendt birthday a day early. Thank you to everyone who sent sweet messages and checked it, it means the world.”
Kevin also shared his happy sentiments in a separate Instagram post. He started by writing, “Happy birthday to me! Auggy is going to be a big brother this fall!! Who would have thought the best birthday gift I ever got was pee on a stick 😂”
Wendt further added, “Sharing the good news at only 4 weeks isn’t something you see often, but sharing a couples struggle to conceive usually isn’t either, and we wanted to be transparent this time around as we headed into another round of IVF. So fingers crossed this pregnancy is smooth sailing from here as we continue to try and grow our little Wendt gang.”
In the first snap shared by Kevin, he can be seen holding the pair’s 1-year-old son August, meanwhile, Astrid had a positive pregnancy kit in her hand. The second picture showed the trio with big smiles on their faces along with a positive pregnancy test.
Soon after, Astrid shared the behind-the-scenes snap of the couple hilariously trying to “take a cute picture to announce” on her Instagram Story. She captioned the photo, “Can’t see the line, Auggy cries and tries to eat the stick, the dogs are uncooperative, but we tried.”

Nearly 2 weeks ago, Astrid posted a photo of a sonogram on her Instagram feed. The sonogram showed her ‘little embryo chilling.’ At that time, she stated that it was not a pregnancy announcement.
“not a pregnancy announcement (yet) but today was transfer day so we’re holding our breath and keeping our fingers crossed,” she wrote alongside the slideshow of pictures.
Astrid and Kevin who met on the sets of the dating show Bachelor in Paradise season 5 got married in October 2022. They welcomed their first child together, a son named August in November 2021.
