After a massive decline in sales, Beyonce and Adidas have decided to end their business relationship. The two companies have been working together since 2018, when they first collaborated on the launch of the Ivy Park athleisure line.

The Partnership Between Beyonce And Adidas Has Reportedly Ended

A publication recently reported that a source with knowledge of the situation told the magazine that the Grammy-winning entrepreneur and the German lifestyle brand have mutually decided to part ways with one another. However, an official confirmation needs to be received as soon as possible to confirm.

In case you were unaware, Beyoncé entered a creative partnership with Adidas in 2018. The two of them worked together to relaunch her Ivy Park activewear line and develop new footwear and apparel for the line.

According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Ivy Park has been having some creative conflicts with Adidas. However, the 41-year-old singer-entrepreneur is reclaiming her brand, charting her path, and maintaining creative control over the brand.

It has been reported in The Wall Street Journal that Beyoncé’s custom clothing line fell significantly short of the $250 million in sales forecast for 2022 that the singer had made. As of the end of the year, the brand had a total revenue of approximately $40 million. This year’s numbers were considerably lower than the $93 million the brand accounted for in 2021.

In January, Beyoncé was in Dubai to preview Adidas’ latest collaboration with Ivy Park, Park Trail, designed by Ivy Park and Adidas. With the new Park Trail clothing line, orange, army green, deep purple, and cream were chosen to highlight the new line of performance-wear clothing.

As part of the new Atlantis Royal hotel and resort, Beyoncé performed an opening night concert Saturday evening to celebrate the launch of the latest luxury hotel. In addition, models were on hand to model the new collection for Nobu by the Beach, one of eight new celebrity restaurants.

Models mingled and danced at the pool and beach club as they showed off the collection, which included camo sequin jackets, puffy orange coats, military-style jackets in army green and cream, hoodies, sweatsuits, jersey dresses, and many more pieces from the collection.
