On Monday night, Becky G stepped out for the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards solo. For the awards show, she opted for a beautiful black gown by Julien Macdonald. She kept her hair down in loose curls.
The Can’t Get Enough singer also had her bling game on point. She accessorized her look with a few sparkling rings. What caught the attention of her eagle-eyed fans was the fact that her engagement ring was nowhere to be seen on her hand. She seemingly made a subtle reference to the status of her relationship with Sebastian.
During the award show, Rebbeca Marie Gomez popularly known by her stage name Becky G won the iHeartRadio Music Award for Best Latin Pop/Reggeaton Song of the Year for “Mamiii”.
The latest appearance of Becky comes after her fiancé Sebastian Lletget was accused of cheating by the Instagram account @ja29poo. The person behind the Instagram account alleged that they had hooked up with Lletget in February.
The social media user took to their Instagram Story and said, “I will upload the videos of that night at the Shoko nightclub, where I was present with Sebastion [sic] Lletget, @iambeckyg’s boyfriend.”
The user also claimed that they couldn’t upload all the alleged proof because some of it is “very intimate,” including one “video of Sebastian naked.” The person also shared some of their chats and audio recordings.
What did Sebastian Lletget have to say after being accused of cheating on Becky G?
On Monday, Becky G’s fiancé Sebastian Lletget took to his Instagram page to address the speculations that suggested he cheated on his ladylove. He spilled the beans on his life and relationship with the singer in the social media post.
In the lengthy statement shared on Instagram, Sebastian wrote, “Over the last several weeks, during a moment I regret deeply, a 10 minute lapse in judgement resulted in an extortion plot.”
The American soccer player further added, “Since this person did not get what they wanted it has now become a public social media spectacle filled with more lies than any truth and false posts aimed at the love of my life, the one person who I should never take for granted or put at risk.”
Lletget also mentioned that he “never” met the “anonymous internet stalker.” He admitted that he pushed “boundaries of lines that should never be crossed” and called the experience a “wake-up call.”
Sebastian who plays for Major League Soccer club FC Dallas also stated that he has been hiding “personal trauma and acute anxiety” throughout his career. He also revealed that he will be participating in a wellness program for his mental health.
The athlete concluded the post by apologizing to his fiancée Becky. He continued, “To Becky, you have been the light in my life, my strength, who has always shown me unconditional love. Instead of honoring that love every day, I have done the opposite, hurting you and disrespecting the one person I love more than anything. I am so sorry, and know I have to do whatever it takes to earn back the trust and love you deserve.”
