Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his family are in India for a week-long trip filled with events to improve the partnership between India and Canada. Though that’s great news for the economy, national relations, blah, blah, blah, what we’re hyped about is Trudeau’s fabulous fashionIf you thought he was dreamy in a suit, just wait until you see him in a sherwani.

The family started their trip with the traditional tourist shot in front of the Taj Mahal. Trudeau reminisces about how he came to India for the first time when he was the same age of his eldest son, Xavier. With color-coordinated outfits, the Trudeau’s belong on a postcard!

The rest of the trip, we see the entire family decked out in full desi attire for a lot of the time and it is picture perfect. Tru-Bae is totally living up to his hottie reputation, and wife Sophie is as stunning as any Bollywood heroine.

The family started their trip visiting Gujrat, where they received a very warm welcome. They visited the Akshardham Temple while in Gujrat, a stunning Swaminarayan Temple carved intricately out of sandstone.

The family paid their respects at the Mandir with the girls dressed in yellow kameezes and guys dressed in red kurtas, with little Hadrien in an orange kurta. This color coordination of outfits is killing me, y’all, how freaking cute!

They also paid their respects to Mahatma Gandhi as they celebrated Family Day. Family Day is a Canadian holiday celebrated in many provinces where people take the day off to spend it with their families.

The family went full blown meri yaar ki shaadi hai for their Bollywood meeting, while stars like Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan attended the event in well fitted black suits.

Trudeau and his wife Sophie blinged out like a bride and groom! The kids looked adorable like they’re ready to bhangra at their cousin’s wedding. A little extra, okay, maybe a lot extra, but we’re loving it.

Religious stops were aplenty on this trip, the family dressed in pastel-colored traditional outfits at the Golden Temple. Trudeau in white with wife Sophie in a blue kameez and their older children dressed in shades of purple.

Check out the Canadian PM in a classy white outfit with an orange shawl at the Partition Museum in Amritsar. Very suave Mr. Prime Minister, very suave indeed.

Trudeau even donned traditional outfits when meeting The Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh. He looked regal in this cream and gold number for the meeting.

Take away: sure, Trudeau and family looked extra at times but hello, when in Rome, right?
